Diving, snorkeling, and related water activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. By purchasing and/or using our dive mask, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Over Under, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other losses arising from the use or misuse of this product, whether direct or indirect.

The user assumes full responsibility for the proper use, maintenance, and inspection of the dive mask. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the mask fits properly and is used in accordance with all instructions and safety guidelines.  The user ensures that the type and size of mask is intended for that user.  This product is intended for recreational snorkeling use only, unless otherwise specified, and not for horseplay, diving, jumping or anything other than regular snorkeling/diving usage. 

Users should receive proper training and consult a physician before engaging in any diving activities, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions. Always comply with local laws and regulations regarding diving and snorkeling equipment and practices.

By using this product, you waive any right to sue Over Under or the parent company WSE Innovative Ventures LLC for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from its use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this product.
