Once an order has been received, within 3-5 business days the order will be processed and shipped.

We ship domestically using USPS Priority Mail and the cost is calculated based on the weight of the order.  Priority Mail takes 3-5 business days.  Customers can opt for First Class Package for an additional cost and can expect 1-2 business days.  For international orders we use USPS and customers have the option of using First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, or Priority Mail International. 

Please note: shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Over Under. Once a package has left our facility, transit and delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or missed delivery estimates caused by the carrier. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact USPS, UPS, and FedEx directly using your tracking number to check its status or file a claim.

Once the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming that the order has been sent and we will be notified once the order has been delivered.  

A tracking number will be provided upon customers request.
